Diminishing Partnership
Our equity participation program (EPP) provides the ability for renters to earn equity over time.
With the diminishing partnership model, tenants who participate in our EPP program gradually earn equity shares in the property as they pay rent.
Over time, the equity shares transfers to the tenant who participates in our EPP program
